Jordan is a Mississippi native raised in Oxford. He left his home town to attend Mississippi College in Clinton, MS where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Communication. It was there at Mississippi College he was introduced to Christian camping. Jordan met his wife, Katie, in Texas at Pine Cove and they were married in December of 2012. He worked at Pine Cove for nearly three years and decided to pursue seminary, and to be closer to his future wife. He studied at Columbia International University Seminary and School of Ministry in Columbia, SC where he received his Master of Divinity in Ministry Leadership.
Jordan continued his education as a Chaplain through the ACPE Residency program at Methodist Healthcare systems in Memphis, TN. He was offered a position as a Chaplain at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, where he is currently serving.
Katie grew up in South Carolina and attended the University of South Carolina. She then went on to graduate from the USC Medical School. Katie is a Pediatric resident at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and St. Jude Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. She and Jordan will be moving to Washington D.C. in 2017 to continue her education through a Hematology and Oncology fellowship at Children's National Hospital.
